How & when should your stairlift be serviced
Your stairlift will bring you invaluable independence and become part of your everyday life so you need to be sure you are in safe hands.
Leinster Bathrooms & Stairlifts have been delivering a complete service from start to finish for over 20 years and we have worked hard to build our reputation as the Dublin stairlift experts.
All our Handicare stairlifts come with a fully comprehensive stairlift warranty. Your stairlift is a mechanical device and just like your car or home gas boiler, it will require annual servicing to keep it in top working condition and running smoothly. Having a stairlift serviced will also prolong its working life.

Stairlift Service
We understand that people lead busy lives and may forget about getting their stairlift serviced. Therefore, as part of our superior customer service, we offer a free reminder service and will contact you before your stairlift is due a service to advise you when your next service is due.
We advise that you pre-book your service in advance as this will ensure you secure a priority appointment at a time of your choosing. During the service, our qualified engineers will carry out detailed checks on the mechanical and electrical elements to ensure your stairlift is in optimum working order.

Repairs
Every Handicare stairlift is manufactured and tested to the highest standards. In the unlikely event of a fault or breakdown, we are on hand to assist you. All our stairlifts come with a fully comprehensive warranty.
We support all our stairlifts for labour and parts, even when your warranty expires. We will first try to assist you over the phone to discover the issue. It may be only something small that can be rectified by talking with our support team. Should the engineer need to visit your home to fix the repair we will ensure that it is done as soon as possible because our priority is to get your stairlift back in working order.
